Production service / 02

Choose the finish.
Keep the promise.

The right decoration method starts with the surface, artwork, quantity and the way the product will be used. We turn those constraints into a practical production direction.

The product, artwork and sample all need to agree before the production run begins.

A controlled selection

Choose the right finish
before it runs.

We make the decoration decision visible before the product, artwork and production plan are approved.

01

Read the surface

Material, coating, texture, curve and available imprint area set the possible methods.

02

Review the artwork

Color count, gradients, fine detail, white ink and variable data shape the selection.

03

Plan for use

Washing, abrasion, outdoor exposure and flexibility define the performance requirement.

04

Confirm the run

Quantity, setup, tooling, sampling and timing establish the practical production route.

Decoration methods

See each finish.
Choose with confidence.

Each process below is a starting point for a particular surface and artwork direction. Final suitability, print area and production performance are confirmed against the actual product and approved sample.

UV direct print

A direct, full-color option for flat or gently curved hard goods. A white base can help artwork read on darker surfaces.

  • Useful for: detailed graphics and small-run personalization
  • Check first: coating, curvature and abrasion

Rotary-fixture UV print

A fixture-led direct print for regular cylindrical pieces where the product rotates during production.

  • Useful for: selected drinkware and rounded items
  • Check first: seam, reach and wrap alignment

UV-DTF transfer

A full-color film transfer for artwork that benefits from fine detail without a conventional direct-print setup.

  • Useful for: complex color and short-run personalization
  • Check first: adhesion, edge appearance and geometry

Screen & pad print

Screen print suits accessible print areas; pad print helps carry smaller marks onto selected curved or irregular surfaces.

  • Useful for: solid-color logos and repeatable marks
  • Check first: color count, print area and fixture needs

Embroidery

Thread-built branding adds physical depth to suitable caps, bags, jackets and heavier textile goods.

  • Useful for: premium textile marks
  • Check first: stitch count, fabric weight and fine detail

DTF / digital transfer

A heat-applied digital transfer for detailed apparel graphics, gradients and shorter customized runs.

  • Useful for: full color and artwork variation
  • Check first: fabric, white underbase and hand feel

Puff print

A specialty screen-print effect that expands during curing to create a soft, raised graphic.

  • Useful for: bold solid graphics on flexible materials
  • Check first: line weight, coverage and heat tolerance

Embroidery-look transfer

A printed texture effect that suggests stitches without using thread, best for simplified graphic forms.

  • Useful for: small textile graphics with a stitched look
  • Check first: detail, color expectation and fabric response

Laser engraving

A permanent mark created in the product surface, with contrast determined by the material and finish.

  • Useful for: selected metal and hard goods
  • Check first: material response and fine-detail legibility

Debossing

A pressure-made recessed mark for materials with enough softness and thickness to hold the form.

  • Useful for: leather-like, silicone and soft surfaces
  • Check first: curvature, line weight and tooling

Foil printing

A foil-transfer finish that adds a metallic highlight on appropriate smooth, accessible surfaces.

  • Useful for: notebooks, packaging and selected flat areas
  • Check first: texture, line weight and foil availability

Imitation etch

A printed finish that suggests a restrained etched appearance on selected glass products.

  • Useful for: understated glass decoration
  • Check first: product shape, cure requirements and art detail

Doming / epoxy badge

A printed adhesive badge finished with a clear resin layer for depth, gloss and protected color.

  • Useful for: raised, polished identity panels
  • Check first: bend radius, adhesion and cure time

Digital print

Full-color print for paper, vinyl and related applications such as cards, signs, inserts and selected accessories.

  • Useful for: short runs, versioning and variable information
  • Check first: substrate, finish and volume economics

Digital packaging print

Digital print for presentation boxes, samples and limited-run packaging components.

  • Useful for: launch kits, inserts and packaging prototypes
  • Check first: board, fold, finish and shipping requirements

Digital label print

Small-format label printing for codes, dates, names and other variable production information.

  • Useful for: QR codes, batch data and short-run labels
  • Check first: label material, adhesive and surface energy
